Divide and Conquer

I had to work a few hours at the church on Saturday and Travis had to run errands. We split up-- Travis taking Campbell and Carson going with me.
After my work was finished at church, I took Carson out to lunch-- her choice. She decided she wanted pancakes at "the pancake place" (known to everyone else as The Queen Diner). We settled in our booth and gave our order to the waitress. Carson rests her chin on her hands, looked up at my lovingly and said, "Mommy, what do you want to talk about?" Oh, where to begin...
